fix: 🔨 do not store CDN findings

Changes

Updates internetDB-normalizer to not push CDN findings. Cloud-proxy providers such as Cloudflare provide shared-ip services to their customers. The same IP will likely refer to different physical machines depending on the Host header. InternetDB sometimes creates valid findings on a valid IP, which are irrelevant nontheless because they describe an unrelated Host. This PR makes sure these findings do not enter the findings list.
