Gitcoin Requests [Backend]

User Story

As a developer, I want the best the open source work in web3 on Gitcoin so that I can contribute to great projects.

This is in tandem with #1694 (being worked by @KennethAshley), as a continuation to #1033.

Description

Gitcoin Requests needs to be taken over the finish line. Currently there is a BountyRequest model which slightly represents a bounty. When the appropriate funder accepts the Bounty Request -- which is created by a developer, designer, etc -- the BountyRequest is then turned into a Bounty. Maybe a to_bounty method in the BountyRequest class will be helpful.

A robust system which takes bounty requests and turns them into a bounty when they are accepted / funded.

In dashboard.bounty_details what are we supposed to show/hide for a bounty created from Bounty Request? I'm keeping top part(ref image attached), what about Description, Contributors, All Activity, Funder? Should we hide them all or show a message for empty entries keeping headers as it is?

Further on click of Fund issue tab, will funding/new be opened with pre populated fields like amount and github issue url?

Here Contribute will be changed to Fund issue.

Yes, makes sense. If / when it is funded (using the fund issue), it should join the normal flow.
