User Story

As a funder i want to see available Gitcoin requests so that i can create Bounties

Why Is this Needed

We want to enable developers to add Gitcoin requests for work. What if you were to see some work that needs to be done but there is not bounty for that work? You can create a bounty request.

Description

Type: Feature

This task is solely for the FE. Backend work will be in another ticket. Create the templates to go along with the backend. I.e. listing out the requests, the request show page, creating and deleting a requests.

Definition of Done

Templates should be responsive and approved by @PixelantDesign. They should also easily connect with the backend.
