this is needed to resolve a dependency hell scenario for packages that depend on both swift-png and swift-bson
swift-hash 0.7 raises the deployment minima again (effectively reintroducing #74) because it uses Swift Testing and SwiftPM is not smart enough to avoid propagating deployment minima that are only used to compile tests
