Agent configuration

You'll need to setup the order of the Metadata agents, as well as the order they execute in, so read along:

First select the settings, and then the server leaf

Then select Agents

Settings

Select as below:

Movie

Select the Movie leaf
Select the primary agent (We recommend that you do them all in turns)
Make sure that the Sub-Zero agent is enabled/checked, as well as dragged to the top

Then repeat the Movies task for the Shows, doing the same
