fix(ssa): Resolve value IDs in terminator before comparing to array

Problem*

Resolves #6439

Summary*

Fixes the ssa::opt::array_set::analyze_last_uses to detect uses of an array when its ID has been modified by previous SSA passes compared to what is in the TerminatorInstruction of the block. That is, the terminator says it returns Id(5) which identifies an array in the 1st SSA form, but by the n-th pass that array has Id(24); in this case the logic that decided whether the array is used again in the rest of the block did not realise that it's being returned, because 5 != 24. To fix this, the value in the terminator has to go through DataFlowGraph::resolve, which turns the original ID (5) to what it has been replaced with, recursively, ie. 5 -> ... -> 24.
