@WestLangley Seems like this constant is no longer needed?

@mrdoob I did not remove it because I noticed it is used in StandardNode.js.

So let's move this define to StandardNode.js? I can create a PR for fix this in NodeMaterial.

...as a temporary workaround -- if you prefer. It is probably best to update Node to match the recent changes in the shaders.
