This is a self-nomination of Rifa Achrinza as an OpenJS Foundation (OpenJSF) Cross Project Council (CPC) Regular Member. I have been an active member of the [LoopBack](https://loopback.io) Technical Steering Committee (TSC), and have helped in bringing LoopBack towards formalising a distributed, open governance model. I've started attending the OpenJSF CPC meetings and reviewing the CPC work and their relation to LoopBack. With LoopBack's on-boarding as a hosted, At-Large Project under the OpenJSF, I'd like to extend my participation be more involved in supporting the work of the OpenJSF CPC, such as those around supporting the projects' security posture and compliance. see: loopbackio/loopback-governance#26 Signed-off-by: Rifa Achrinza <[email protected]>

As part of the OpenJS Foundation (OpenJSF) on-boarding, we can nominate and endorse some of our members to join as an OpenJSF CPC Regular Member.
These have indicated interest in joining:
From the CPC Charter:
Although we don't have a formal Project Representative, I believe the TSC can act in that role. From the Governance:The above that is struck out is incorect. At-Large Projects collectively get to nominate 2 Project Representatives of which none of the current representatives are affiliated with LoopBack.
From README:
The responsibilities of being a Regular Member:

Have other LoopBack TSC member(s) approve the PR, acting in the role of a Project Representative for LoopBackThis is incorrect. See edit above on At-Large Project Representatives. The other LoopBack TSC members can approve or reject the nomination.
