There are Technical Steering Committee and project maintainers maintaining this project.

How to work in this repo

1. Check the existing open issues for discussions in progress. Post a comment to join.

2. Open a new issue to start a new discussion.

3. Open a pull request to capture outcome of a discussion in a markdown file. Allow at least 3 business days for other maintainers to review the proposal before landing.
