Based on best security practices, all EC2 instances should restrict usage of IMDSv1, before doing so, we need to update the Nextflow to use IMDSv2.
Replacing IMDSv1 calls with IMDSv2 (via aws-sdk-sts), based on nextflow-io#3425.
