This reenables cracking projects that are dependent on workloads. This is important because workloads are the core delivery system for new chunks of functionality in the .NET SDK as of .NET 5 onwards.
Because workloads are often large, I haven't checked in the test that validates this. We'll need to check it every so often.
With this change, we can crack the new project and verify that the required references from the workload packs are being included in the OtherOptions. For this scenario, for example, the required android assemblies from the
Microsoft.Android.Ref.31
pack are in the OtherOptions list.Once this is merged and release, we should be able to use the sample-project directory itself in order to test IDE support for these scenarios.
