Description

If you navigate to/from various views like: Tools and Explorer, the navigation bar doesn't include Aboutand some nav tabs don't display as selected (i.e.Slack`).

Possible Implementation

Remove the nav_internal.html template and modify the nav.html template to handle all nav cases so we're not maintaining two nav templates.
