[Enhancement] Upgrade go.etcd.io/etcd to v3.4.34

Enhancement (What you would like to be added):

I would like to upgrade the go.etcd.io/etcd dependency from the current version v3.4.13 to v3.4.34.

Motivation (Why is this needed?):

It is necessary to upgrade the etcd version to v3.4.31+, to enable usage of the https://kubernetes.io/blog/2024/08/15/consistent-read-from-cache-beta/ feature as mentioned in gardener/etcd-wrapper#28, and gardener/etcd-druid#445.

Currently etcd-druid uses the v3.4.26 version of etcd. There is a mismatch with the versions being used in etcd-druid and etcd-backup-restore.

I would like to ensure that both etcd-wrapper and etcd-backup-restore use the same etcd version.

Approach/Hint to the implement solution (optional):

Upgrade the etcd version and all corresponding dependencies.
