How to build plugin under Windows

Install Java JDK for Windows
Ensure the JAVA_HOME environment variable is set and points to your JDK installation (echo %JAVA_HOME%).
Download the latest version of maven *bin.zip.
Unzip it to some directory, for example c:\maven.
Ensure the PATH environment variable points to c:\maven\bin directory (echo %PATH%).
Clone git repo using git clone https://github.com/JetBrains/teamcity-runas-plugin.git.
Run build.cmd to create the runAs.zip plugin.
