Related Issue

Running any liquibase command locally was running into issues.
e.g. running ./gradlew liquibaseRollbackCount -PliquibaseCount=1 resulted in the following:

Error parsing command line: Invalid argument '--changelog-file': missing required argument. If you need to configure new liquibase project files and arguments, run the 'liquibase init project' command.

Changes Proposed

Fixes bug introduced as part of Bump org.liquibase.gradle from 2.2.2 to 3.0.1 in /backend #8234
