Refactor: Rework PostCompactCell

This PR removes the usages of ImageLoader, CachedAnimatedImageView, WPDeviceIdentification.isiPad(), xibs, and more.

To test: verify that "Drafts" on dashboard are still displayed (the UI looks nearly identical to the production version)
