Upgrade wizard from github via WebUI

*) Wizard-UI shows, if newer version exists on github.
*) If yes, you can trigger one-touch-upgrade!

Wizard will load newest version and will update itself including olsr(v1) daemons.
Keep in mind that this might interrupt olsr(v1) connections for a couple of seconds (only in case a new vesion of olsrd/olsrd6 is included) - just as a manual wizard replacement will do as well. As the browser session might be interupted, you'll need to click "refresh" on your browser to re-initialize your EdgeRouter-WebUI session and see the result :-)

Fixes co-existence with OLSRd_V2 wizard

Please update V1-wizard to v1.8, when running other feature wizards in parallel before upgrading your EdgeRouter firmware!
