Visual Studio Code	Won't use it again. Frontend is browser-like. Written in JavaScript using Electron framework.
winscp	Failed to transfer a large archive file, no logging is enabled by default, no idea what happened

You are not and you will never be, by simply placing some notice in a license file.

You have to go through every country and every government with enough proof and money to support your claims. Patenting something is incredibly laborious and expensive thing in comparison to some naive copy license notice. Keeping a trademark and proving, defending it in the commerce is also incredibly time consuming and expensive thing in comparison. Essentialy your copy license notice is nothing, if a patent and a trademark is registered in your country.

Use Microsoft Process Monitor to locate the .mp4 file, terminate the “COM Surrogate” (dllhost.exe) multiple times
and try to delete the .mp4 file.
Once the file is in the trash bin, simply empty the trash and restart Explorer.exe.
