feat: trim input in @IsEnum decorator before comparsion

Description

Applied trim on enum string to remove unnecessary white space for @IsEnum() decorator.

This is something we don't want. value doesn't equal to value and we want to catch that.

If you need this you can use it as a custom decorator.
