Python package for quickly loading, saving, and converting between common neuroimaging files.

This extension contains one unique module that allows importing surfaces files (Gifti files) from a BIDS directory into 3D Slicer and saves them into a new VTK file, which is compatible with 3D Slicer. Scalars and colortables can be attached to each surface.
