PDF is Deleted immediately after generated

When I save my main .tex file it does the usual compilation and I see it generate the .pdf file, but then it gets deleted.

Looks like the same problem as this old issue: #80

I have been using atom-latex for a while and never ran into this problem. Nothing should have changed because it was working fine for me and then within the same session, I saved the .tex file again and it started this deletion behavior.

Already tried closing down atom and re-opening and no change.
