docs: Add website page for enterprise support / consultancy firms

There are many companies who offer consultancy and enterprise support for Thanos e.g. https://cloudraft.io/observability, https://o11y.eu/ and more. It would be amazing to have a page similar to Prometheus about such options (:

On serious note, perhaps you meant if some UI design is ready? 🙃 Simple page with list of links would do, Figma would be overkill.

@bwplotka Ok, will come up with a Basic UI mockup ..Like a basic card with the logo of the company and a redirect link that on click leads to the company landing page ..
