🛠️ Fix: Enhance Feature Prompt & Model Provider Persistence Issues

Summary
This PR resolves two critical issues introduced in the latest repository update. These fixes enhance user experience by ensuring that both the "enhance" feature and model provider settings work as expected, improving continuity and usability.

🚀 Changes Made

  1. Enhance Feature Prompt Disappearance

    • Fixed the disappearing prompt by ensuring it remains visible and processed correctly after clicking "enhance."

  2. Model Provider Setting Persistence

    • Implemented logic to preserve the selected model provider across project reloads, maintaining user preferences.
