…6351) Enable the notify mode of rsyslogd imfile module used for supervisord logs in docker container. Setup the mode="inotify" when loading imfile, made sure we are are getting supervisord logs in host immediately. Signed-off-by: Abhishek Dosi <[email protected]>

How I did:
Setup the mode="inotify" when loading imfile.
How I verify:
Made sure we are are getting supervisord logs in host immediately.
