Docker Cassandra test images

Cassandra images with drastically faster startup times for use in integration tests. Do not use them in production.

The faster startup time is achieved by hardcoding the tokens for each node:

• If CASSANDRA_SEEDS is specified (clustered) then you must provide your own set of tokens via CASSANDRA_INITIAL_TOKENS, you can copy the tokens used in the sample below, they were taken from a default configuration library/cassandra cluster of 3 nodes.
• If CASSANDRA_SEEDS is unspecified (non-clustered) there is no need to provide your own tokens.

When CASSANDRA_SEEDS is not present the instance will always have a data center of datacenter1 and a rack of rack1. These values are not configurable as cassandra hardcodes them when using the fastest start up process.
