Unity is dead.
The upstream Qt project has fixed many reported system tray issues.
Hence, we should provide a flag in build system to turn off application indicator support, and just use Qt's built-in system tray functionality. This can remove one dependency for latest distributions.

Qt has fixed System Tray for awhile. For users who use old Linux
distributions, they should consider upgrading, or using AppImage
