I have added the Visual Studio Code commands that I have been using/testing. Where possible I have used the evaluate in plug-in. With others I've had to resort to the keyboard shortcuts as I cannot find any command listed in keyboard shortcuts.
I have added scripts to the mouse.js file to enable clicking anywhere on the screen and taskbar. Note in order for these to work successfully, I have stuck physical labels on the edge of my monitors (A-Z 1-7 horizontally) and (A-T vertically) positioned every 50 pixels.
Also added some windows specific commands in windows.js
