I opened #58846 a few days ago, which omits the split of BuilderMethods into several traits. It turned out to be hard to adjust all trait bounds and most functions require most parts anyway, so it was not very useful. That PR is apart from the omission the same as this one.

Misc refactorings to rustc_codegen_ssa

Unlike #56636 this doesn't split `BuilderMethods` into a lot of traits. That makes this PR twice as small and the split turned out to not be very useful anyway.

#58846 was merged.

Most of this PR has been merged in #58846 already. The only big difference between this and that PR is that this PR splits the builder methods into several parts, while the other doesn't. This split wasn't very useful as most functions needed most of the parts anyway, so I am going to close this.
