Generating interfaces for functions that use generics is broken #41

If you have a function like:

func (a* MyStruct) Fun1(arg Generic[string])

The resultant interface method will be:

func Fun1(arg Generic)

It seems like the type args used to instantiate the generic are dropped when the interface parameters and results are generated.

Add support for checking if the params or result types are
instantiated with types and if so, build up the name
appropriately.
