- Updated `watchlist`, `user_lists`, and `collection` fields to use comma-separated usernames instead of lists. - Revised `user_lists` field with a warning about Trakt default watchlist URLs. - Updated examples to reflect the new format.

I found the previous formatting and descriptions confusing on whether or not to include [brackets] and or "quotations" in the Trakt watchlist field and user_list field, I believe my changes make the fields less ambiguous.
I also discovered that you can not use the default Watchlist url as an option for the user_lists urls, I tried many different variations to no avail, therefore I added a markdown warning.
