Publish on jitpack

This release is the same as v1.1.1, but Jitpack should work now

Updated dependencies

The dependencies v1.1.0 depended on were a little out of date. The release updates all dependencies to latest.

Small changes

• Updated to allow non-zero instance_start_time
• Added internal server error exception
• Added setRenewBeforeExpirePeriodMillis to CookieAuthHandler to allow the retrieval of session cookies a period of time before it expires

Stable release

This release has been in use by SolarThing for almost two months, so I'm making a stable release for others to use.
