NB: PNPM support hasn't landed just yet. The PR is just about ready. I've marked this PR as "do not merge", but I'd like to put it through the review cycle presently while we're finishing up the engine change.
Description
Pulumi is adding official support for PNPM as a Node package manager. This commit updates the docs with instructions on using PNPM, and explains the precedence order between our officially supported package managers.
