Add followers and following page links in user profile page

There are pages for displaying list of user's followers and list of people whom the user is following.

Followers URL - https://publiclab.org/people/{username}/followers (https://publiclab.org/people/liz/followers)
Following URL - https://publiclab.org/people/{username}/following (https://publiclab.org/people/liz/following)

Please raise a pull request to add links to these pages in the user's profile page on the bottom right corner.

Use the same styling used of other links shown there.
