API link for WaterReporter.org Layer ? #6

I think maybe i documented this in the very old original issue i put up --
was that on plots2? I think i had a gist...

You could look at their own maps using the Developer Console to see how
they query?

I tried to get the URL from console it seems they are not fetching from any API , the map appears to have a static layer . Ok , I have mailed them , waiting for their reply . |

Their team is currently busy with Waterkeeper Conference and they will be
free after mid-June .
The documentation of their API is not updated and they are happy to help
me figure out after mid-June :)
