docs(azure): improve tutorials for Prowler App

Context

The current Azure tutorials needs to be improved because it is not clear at all how to assign proper permission to Service Principal only with the Service Principal tutorial, maybe a reference to other tutorials or documentation pages would be helpfull.

Description

• Improve Azure Requirements
• Add link to requirements in Prowler App tutorial
• Improve the writing of tutorials
• Add Az CLI steps for tutorials
