Work from backup history file

I have a SQLite file with the browsing history from an old profile. If I add history-in-threads and this file to a new profile, will the addon scan over the file and sort the old history into threads ?

Hi there. It should. Even if the profile can't be successfully processed by the addon, it won't make changes to the SQLite file, because it only reads from the file. No writing at all.

This is great news.

I want to add that history-in-threads is about the only addon that I had installed and immediately went to use it all the time. It changed what I would wish to do as I opened the browser.

A couple of months ago I asked about running the webextention version over old history. In the end it didn't work, or maybe indexed a small part and then failed. This time I want to set up an firefox v56, pre-webextention, with the old version of the extension. I can't find an .xpi file anywhere, and don't know how to install from the zip file at https://github.com/nobodybodon/HistoryInThreads Can you please send me the file or post it online ?
