docs: update copyright

This adjusts the copyright which is causing several checks to fail in recent PR's. Rather than addressing it in the other PR's and complicating them this addresses it separately to keep the git log / history clean.

The disparity between the +/- is import aliases which are not necessary which my local linters (probably goimports-reviser) removed automatically. If you'd like I can revert these changes.
