This PR is launching for discussion a new initiative for the Open.js foundation that should improve the communication between end-users and projects and the foundation with end-users
TL;DR:
It contemplates the creation of an annual open poll capturing end-users opinions and insights and also the creation of a final report with the collected data and status updates and recommendations from the OpenJS Foundation and its member projects.
