Describe the bug
When there are parameters which are used in multiple operations for multiple paths, it is almost always the best way to define in under components. Unfortunately, openapiart cannot resolve parameters defined under #/components/parameters/.

To Reproduce
Add parameter referenced in any openapi.yaml and see it not to work.

Expected behavior
openapiart should resolve parameter descriptions from #/components/parameters/.
