Hourly periodic scripts not executed

It seems that the Hourly periodic scripts, for some reason, are not executed, you can test it out with the speedtest one.
From some test, it seems that the problem resides in the hour folder itself, if you move the script from hour to minute or per 5-minutes it works correctly.

See the screenshot below. Before the hourly scripts where not correctly executed due to the if () commented. It is requested to fix it properly in order to run one thread per hourly script instead of multiples togheter.
