Description

Problem*

Resolves

Summary*

This PR fixes an issue I was experiencing on another branch where I was getting an infinite loop due to 1 * witness being represented as an expression instead of a witness. We now automatically simplify any AcirVarData to the simplest allowed form to avoid this.

Documentation

  • This PR requires documentation updates when merged.

    • I will submit a noir-lang/docs PR.
    • I will request for and support Dev Rel's help in documenting this PR.

Additional Context

PR Checklist*
