build(deps-dev): Bump remark-preset-lint-node v2.4.1

Description

This PR bumps remark-preset-lint-node to version 2.4.1.
Due to this change - nodejs/remark-preset-lint-node#188 - remark started to complain about reference sorting and relative links.

I don't see that relative links are supported in remark-preset-lint-node, so I decided to disable lint-node-links rule.
