Context

PR #9 proposes a way to do automated testing of the platform. This PR is the start of prototyping that approach to see how feasible it is.

Changes

  • Add Makefile with commands to create and delete a test github repo
  • Add test.yml which can be run manually
    • test.yml creates and deletes a test github repo
  • Add instructions for setting up and running the test locally and on GitHub Actions
