Data analysis of most common foodborne disease outbreaks in the U.S. based on data from 1998-2015.

Data analysis performed in Jupyter notebook. Extracted the most frequent locations, states, months, years, food groups, and etiology to predict the next outbreak.

Python script statepop.py used to extract state population information from: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._states_by_historical_population.
