<dynamicselect> control does not generate a selection action

By example:

<dynamicselect class='btn-default' data='DisplayL-ChannelsList' event='DisplayL-ChannelSelected' action='DisplayL-ChannelSelected'/>

With data present, clicking on a item does not generate any action.

This might be related to latest pull request.

I'm told this is a hint as to the source:

Commit #18555e2 breaks it because of the "find" on like #1039. in nodel.js It means it will not apply the events to elements that have not been rendered yet.
I think this will work instead:
$('body').on('click', '*[data-arg], *[data-action] :not(.spectrum-color-picker)', function (e) {
