This PR adds package
yosys(Yosys Open SYnthesis Suite): YosysHQ/yosys. It's added to group 'eda'.It is compiled with ghdl-yosys-plugin built-in (see Build as part of yosys), because Yosys on Windows does not support dynamic plugins.
Therefore, this version of yosys depends on GHDL, and it allows synthesising Verilog, VHDL or mixed-language designs.
