WebGPURenderer: enable shadow rendering in WebGLBackend #27023

The WebGL backend needs to be able to revert to the previous framebuffer after internal render passes: make this information available and use.

Selectively adjust shadow map coordinates for GLSL/WGSL differences.

Enable screenshot and testing.
