> 1. Moved signature utils from tools_utils.py to signature_utils.py > 2. Added get_model_signature() to signature_utils.py which returns signature from downloading MLmodel instead of calling mlflow.models.get_model_info() which downloads all the artifacts which can be very slow for large models
