Release tested under Ubuntu 20.04 and Java13

• minor fixes and code clean up
• more option to filter database
• CSV import not supported anymore
• Graphical representation of sample locations improved --> color differentiation between groups

mitoBench version 1.8-beta

This is a pre-release! I would be happy to get some feedback on the updated features!

• Runs now under Java11 and higher (only tested for Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS)
• PDGSpider has been removed, not working under Java11
• Improved EXCEL writer and reader
