Quarto AGU Template v0.1.0

This is the first release of a Quarto translation of the AGU LaTeX template.

This template uses two non-standard YAML options:

keypoints: Short article "highlights" required by AGU journals.
journalname: The journal the article is being submitted to.

Note that this only implements the journal article template; the supplementary materials template is, funny enough, harder to translate.
